CBSE Cluster III Athletic 2024
Greetings from Vikas Vidyalaya, Ranchi!
1. I am pleased to inform you that Vikas Vidyalaya, Ranchi has been entrusted with the responsibility to host CBSE Cluster III Athletic from 10th -14th September 2024.
2. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I take the opportunity to invite your school team to participate in the same, subject to the registration of your Athletes for the event as per CBSE norms.
3. Please find attached following documents for your ready reference:
- General Information & Regulations
- Important Organizational Rules
- Undertaking
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Group Photo of Athletes
4. Further, you are requested to provide the following documents/items at the time of arrival at the venue to the I/c registration of school:-
- The documents for verification in original.
- The team photo with school Principal along with the entry Performa, countersigned by the concerned Principal.
- To provide CBSE registration number for student/player studying in class IX and above (if applicable).
- To supply the eligibility performa filled-in online, countersigned by the concerned Principal.
- The Eligibility/Entry Performa in disciplines like Athletics shall include the event in which the athlete wishes to participate.
- Performa for Medical Fitness of each participant (In original).
- Performa for Undertaking from Head of Institution (In original)
- Your school flags (02 Nos.) as specified.
5. Please send the eligibility performa filled-in online @ CBSE Portal through e-mail at 66235@cbseshiksha.in latest by September 4, 2024. The performa should be duly countersigned by the principal of the participating team clearly indicating the event in which the athletes shall be participating.
6. Kindly provide all relevant information through the google link given below latest by August 31, 2024:

In the absence of relevant information of your team/players asked through google form, host school cannot guarantee boarding & lodging facilities in the school’s hostel/campus.
