About the School
It was established at Ranchi (Jharkhand) by Manav Vikas Vidyalaya Trust, Kolkata. The School provides education for students in a healthy atmosphere catering to an all-round personality development.
The School is situated on the Ranchi-Patna Highway at a distance of 16 Kms from the Railway Station, 30 Kms from Ramgarh Railway Station and 22 Kms from the Airport.
The School is an estate of around 200 acres in area, of which more than 50 acres are occupied by the School Complex consisting of a three-storey Academic Block, Science Laboratories, Workshops, Hobby Centers, Library & Art Block, Four Boarding Houses, Central Dining Hall, Hospital, Temple, Gymnasium Hall-Auditorium, Swimming Pool, Rifle Shooting Range, an Open Air Theatre etc.
There are a number of games fields for Football, Hockey, Cricket, Basket Ball, Hand Ball, Volley Ball, Lawn Tennis Courts and an Athletics track for Sports.
There is a well – laid out Orchard, Vegetables garden, a Farm and a Dairy attached to the School, which provide fruits, vegetables and milk for the boys.
