Correspondence

• Letters addressed to the children should have mentioned clearly their Roll No. and class, failing which they can be misplaced or lost. Parents can also email letters to their children. All correspondence should be sent directly to the school address:

• All parcels should be addressed to the school with the child’s name and roll number printed on it. Kindly ensure that no valuable or cash is sent in these parcels.
• Please send along with the child few self –addressed postage per term. It is a school rule that all children must write home once in a fortnight. At the same time kindly write more letters to them instead of making frequent phone calls as we strongly believe that letter writing and reading is a part of education. Parents can also send email messages to their children.
• If there is any change in the address and contact numbers, the same has to be notified to the school immediately and a receipt obtained as acknowledgement.
