Vikas Vidyalaya, Ranchi in association with Jharkhand Basketball Association (Regd.) organized 18th Jharkhand State Sub Junior Championship 2018 from June 5, 2018 to June 9, 2018. 16 teams from all over state participated in the same. Vikas Vidyalaya, Ranchi School hosted All India IPSC Football (U-14, Boys) Championship 2018 (Qualifying Subroto Cup) from May 6, 2018 to May 10, 2018. In all 12 teams participated from 10 states. Shri Mohan Lal Ji Nopany Memorial Cup

Vikas Vidyalaya, Ranchi took another initiative to promote sports at school level by hosting an inter-school U-17 Cricket Tournament from December 20, 2017. In all 18 teams are participating in the event. Brigadier Shankar Prasad – Commander NCC inaugurated the event on December 20, 2017. This tournament shall be hosted by Vikas Vidyalaya every year in the name of ‘Shri Mohan Lal Ji Nopany Memorial Cup’.

65th Annual Athletics cum Sports Meet

Vikas Vidyalaya, Ranchi celebrated it’s 65th Annual Athletics cum Sports Meet from November 27 – 29, 2017. Mr. Manish Sachar – D.I.G. (C.R.P.F.) was the chief guest of the function. SPORTS & GAMES: ‘Fit People fit Nation’ that’s how Vikasian look at sports and games. A normal Day begins at 5:30 am with Jogging, P.T., Karate and Yoga training.
